To kick off our spooky Octoberfest of scary stories that we're bringing you all month long, we dived into some horror movies based on and inspired by supernatural events. Kelsey covers a creepy case based on a foreign film, Alanna covers her favorite horror author, King of horror himself, Mr. Stephen King! From Carrie to Doctor Sleep, Stephen King's stories have inspired more movies than any other author. Can you guess how many? While we can't talk about all of them today, we do cover the legendary haunted hotel, The Stanley hotel and it's ghosts, which of course inspired the movie The Shining. Come play with us!!
